The FYCEO Mobile app does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personally identifiable information with anyone or anything.
When you send us a bug report, we may collect anonymous information about your device.
The information sent about your device does not contain any personally identifiable information.
The information is not sent to any third parties and only kept for our records.
The information sent is strictly the following:
OS Version (example: "API: 19 (KitKat)" for Android, "iOS 7" for iOS)
Build (example: "4.4.3" for Android, "7.1.0" for iOS)
Brand (example: "LG")
Model (example: "Nexus 4")
Internet Connectivity (example "true")
That information that is collected is strictly used to help identify issues, such as an issue specific to a brand.
We may, at our discretion, save issue statistics. This information may be used for diagnosing potential issues with specific brands before they appear in the retail application.
You have the option to opt out and not send any device information by not checking to send anonymous information. We respect this, and will not send any device information.
You also may request that we may contact you in regards to the bug report. Your e-mail address is strictly used to contact you regarding any issues, and that information will be discarded after the issue has been resolved. We do not share your e-mail with any third parties.
To access the latest announcements, tweets, and gallery pictures, we require an internet connection.
We save information/pictures for offline mode, and this requires us to read and write to a storage device.
